What are Mailers? What am I purchasing?Mailers are straightforward: you decide the quantity of mail, with minimum batches of 1000 or more. More mailers mean more leads, which are directly uploaded into your CRM. While the exact number of leads can vary and is beyond our control, you can influence your results by choosing how many mailers to send.

Can I get a refund if the leads are unsatisfactory or unqualified?Astra Leads does not offer refunds or resend mailers— all sales are final. Our costs cover data acquisition, mailing, automated system management, and postage. Lead response rates can vary, sometimes exceeding 4% and other times less, depending on the recipients' engagement levels. We cannot influence who chooses to respond.

Never say that meeting with you is required or a requirement, as it is not. Mortgage Protection Life Insurance is optional; any lender does not require it.

How do i pay and how does this all work?We send the weekly mailers out on Thursday and we charge you on the Tuesday before the mailers are sent. Orders are processed on Wednesday and mailed on Thursday. You should get calls from the mailers sent 5 days to 2 weeks after they are sent or sometimes sooner. We highly recommend calling the leads as they come in. This greatly improves your contact rate because you will call them within minutes and sometimes seconds after they hang up the phone.

What is the difference between our New Mortgage mailing campaign and our Retro Mortgage mailing campaign?The main difference between our new mortgage mailing campaign and our retro mailing campaign is the age of the data. New mortgage data includes mortgages that have closed or been refinanced within the last 1-6 weeks. Retro mailing campaigns include data that is 6+ months old, meaning mortgages that were closed or refinanced 6+ months ago.
